World Mental Health Day is celebrated on October 10 every year to make people more aware about mental health by organizing campaigns and seminars. During physical illness the pain and suffering can be seen in the daily chores but mental illness makes person suffer from inside fighting their own thought process without showing a tinge of it to the world.
